The journey of Lucas begins in Brazil, where the finest cotton is grown under the sustainable principles of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). This premium yarn is crafted in one of the world’s top denim mills, guaranteeing exceptional quality and durability.

The denim, known as Pacito, is developed through the Less Water program, designed to significantly reduce water usage. Certified by both ISO and Oeko-Tex standards, Pacito embodies sustainability and responsible production practices.

Once the fabric is ready, it’s shipped to Europe and delivered to our workshop. Every pair of Lucas jeans is cut from a single fabric lot to ensure consistent color and finish. The production process is meticulous and detail-focused—from precision fabric cutting to the intricate heart embroidery on the leg, completed by a specialized embroidery studio. Skilled artisans assemble the jeans, ensuring that every feature—from pockets and belt loops to zippers—is perfectly aligned and finished to the highest standard.

After sewing, the jeans undergo a pre-wash process to enhance their softness and give them a distinctive color. Techniques like enzyme washing, stone washing, and marmo finishes are used to achieve a flawless look and ultimate comfort. Each pair is carefully inspected, pressed, and cleaned of any stray threads or fibers before making its way to the shelves.
