We use USD currency for all the USA shipments.

Payments are made by either Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay or PayPal. All payments are made using a secure SSL connection.

All orders are shipped via courier services UPS or FedEx. Delivery time depends on the destination and takes up to 5-7 working days outside of European Union. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

If the order has not been shipped yet, about which the customer is informed by e-mail, changes can be made or the order can be completely canceled. Our customer service department will make every effort to assist you with the order you have already placed.

Each country has its own custom regulation. Le Petit Trou doesn’t handle clearance. Each customer will have to pay possible customer duty taxes separately.

You have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 working days from the date of arrival. You can do it at your own expense with the courier of your choice (except the post) or contact our customer care for support.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise, through the original payment method.
