We use USD currency for all the USA shipments.

Payments are made by either Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay or PayPal. All payments are made using a secure SSL connection.

All orders are shipped via courier services UPS and Fedex. Delivery time depends on the destination and takes up to 3-5 working days outside of European Union. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

If the order has not been shipped yet, about which the customer is informed by e-mail, changes can be made or the order can be completely canceled. Our customer service department will make every effort to assist you with the order you have already placed.

The prices of products are expressed in USD. All applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price. Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Le Petit Trou cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures over which it has no control. If a customer refuses a shipment, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

You have the right to send the return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of your package's arrival. You can do it at your own expense with the courier of your choice (except the post) or contact our customer care for support.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the package from customer. The payment will be made through original payment method.
