LE PETIT TROU is looking for an analytical, creative, and commercially minded Digital & E-commerce Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the website, as well as the development of the marketing strategy and digital campaign management. This role is integral to the growth of the brand, and you’ll report directly to the founder and Head of Sales & Operations. You will work closely with Marketing & Content Manager and the Customer Services Representative.

LE PETIT TROU after years of successful wholesale partnership is now implementing a strategy to focus on its thriving B2C channels and this role is an exciting opportunity for an individual to work in a creative, fast-paced environment and be a valuable assets in the brand’s digital growth. The ideal candidate for this role will have a track record of implementing the appropriate tools and monitoring its value for the development of e-commerce channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the whole spectrum of e-commerce tasks to ensure a flow in day-to-day processes alongside the Customer Service Representative
  • Analyzing sales and stock data to form marketing strategies
  • Co-ordinate the annual marketing calendar across e-commerce channels, paid and organic, defining campaign objectives and key communication themes.
  • Assistance in collecting monthly e-commerce sales documents
  • Manage the Facebook (Meta) and Pinterest ads channel strategy directly, including campaign placement, targeting and objectives
  • Be the main point of contact for external SEO agency and ensure that brand strategies and messaging are clearly communicated and executed coherently across externally managed channels.
  • Constantly monitor our digital channels, including the website, and work closely with web development agency to brief and manage any web projects or fixes as required.
  • In collaboration with the founder and Marketing & Content Manager, define asset & content briefs to support brand and product campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with the latest marketing and ecommerce trends, tools, platforms and technologies relevant to the brand and the fashion industry.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ e-commerce and marketing experience
  • Experience in the fashion/retail sector
  • Analytical skills, with a strong ability to collect and analyze marketing data to inform strategy and monitor performance.
  • Experience with content creation and storytelling. Ability to recognise and review fine details within copy, imagery and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in systems including but not limited to: Shopify, Klaviyo, MS Office, Google Analytics, Meta, Pinterest
  • Creative and commercial experience
  • Flexible, solutions-focussed with a can-do attitude
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to react and pivot to support changes in the economic or cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels across the business.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines with changing priorities.
